On Real Estate and Renting...
Our landlord/Realtor called.
House inspection: Friday. We'll be measuring and taking pictures.
Signing paperwork: In about 48 hours or so.
Wow. We're, like, homeowners, or at least we will be when we sign the papers. Taxes. Municipal utilities like trash, and water, etc. Wow.

elisandra will tell the whole story on her own journal. It's cute, but I was just standing beside her and didn't hear all of it.
BTW, if anyone wants us to put in a good word for you with our fantastic landlord, let us know. This is a good place to live, though the neighborhood has issues.
