Go watch this video. It's a thing of beauty.

Essentially, this guy traveled the world, set up a camera, and danced. And others joined him. It's a great audio-visual demonstration of the connections that exist between us all as a species, and an illustration of my only faith: the brotherhood of humanity.

If Ralph Waldo Emerson could have seen this, he would have wept for joy. To be honest, I came close to doing so myself. Tegan was spellbound.

Be warned, there is music throughout, and it's almost five minutes long, so if you're at work, be advised.

Edit Here's an embedded version; but it's better to go to the page and click on the High Quality version.

If I was in charge of WoW, I'd change a few things:

1. I'd do away with this nonsense of not letting the Alliance and Horde players talk to each other. We're supposed to be at peace, yet we're killed whenever we go anywhere near the others' territories. This is nonsense. I'd institute a skill--languages--that allowed greater and greater communication over time, as it was practiced. I'd make each side able to visit the other without dying, but still allow PvP. If the metaplot demanded changes, we'd flip a switch and reactivate the "kill on sight" mentality in the guards.

2. At the VERY least, I'd make individual classes able to confer at neutral meeting grounds even in times of war. Mages could get together to discuss bigger issues that supersede the political situation, for example.

3. I would make enchanting cheaper, as a very self-serving aim.

4. I would rename Desolace "Shithole." Because it is one.

Anyway. Just my thing.
