You know it's not going to be a good story when the first part is:

A fierce battle once romed the vast plains of Japan. A Ninja known for his
legenary skills in killing name Kiazu was assainded a task to hornor the
Shimizu clan by killing the Dinamo (leader) of an enemie clan. 2 weeks
into his cross country stock her came into contact with a ninja hidding in
the tall grasses in a open field . Just passed this unknown ninja was a
group of soldiers of an enemie clan. With a swift pop-up of her head she
launched a double side sword at the general, cutting his head straight off.

The strange Ninja dissapered. Kiazu decided it be wise if he vanished so
not to be caught.

That night Kiazu was quietly yet silently racing across an open field when
he saw in the corner of his eye the strange ninja. Kiazu turned and faced
this ninja. It was wierd not like anyother ninja he have ever saw before.
First Kiazu saw was the chest, large for a man. It looked like breast in
that tight ninja suit must of been at less 38-d's. Body was a perfect
figure 8. She glard at him almost checking Kiazu out. Suddenly they both
drew their Kitana's (big damn swords) and charged at each other.

That's when I decided I couldn't even try to continue.

I've got a weird aesthetic sense. I think wooden tables beat glass or steel, I think the absolute best color for a kitchen's walls is cobalt blue and the best color for a living room is rust, with furniture to match.

And one of the things I love the most is a well-crafted sentence.

I don't mean by that any old sentence that gets the point across -- almost anyone can write those. And I don't mean a sentence that is 100% grammatically correct, either. No, I mean a sentence that is possessed of that most rare of attributes: poetic beauty. It's a sentence where grammar, context, and poetry combine to form a whole that is greater than any part.

Most people probably see them and think "Nicely done." I'm more affected than that. I've been known to tear up just from the beauty of the words being presented to me, whether on a written page or through television. A well-crafted line can bring a tear to my eye.

At the very least, that makes me weird.

Ok, so I lost on the ebay auction for the Corries album. Oh well, I'll get one someday.

But the good news is that this book, which I've been trying to get a copy of for YEARS, is being reprinted and re-released this fall.

Yayayayayayayayayay!!! For I love me the Doctor Who!!

Ok, so I've been looking up houses for rent for a friend the last few days.

You'd think people who don't want to put the address of the property in the ad would ANSWER THE FRELLING PHONE when called about it. Wouldn't you?
