Just another Manic Monday

Yeah. I'm back. Woe unto you.
Woke up Friday morning with a NASTY pain in the entire left side of my head, and a swollen tongue (from some ickiness I've got there). Called in sick, then slept for about six hours. Woke up with minor headache and no swelling. Go figure.
Saturday was spent 20% study, 80% goofing off. Watched a movie with
mslulu I highly recommend to all, Under a Tuscan Sun, which is one of the funniest and most heartwarming movies I've seen in a long time. Best of all, the humor is entirely grown-up and literate. Yay!
Sunday I drove Elli to Sutter Creek, where we explored the town for a little while before coming home and watching some Babylon 5. She's only got four episodes left, folks. Prepare the tissues!
Today I found that while I was out sick Friday, no one bothered to take a look at the work I had In Progress. This is odd, considering that I have to do everyone else's WIP every morning (Not just me, but you get the point).
And now, a very late
1. What's the most daring thing you've ever done?
Depends on your definition of "daring". Physically, riding at full gallop in unfamiliar territory and jumping a horse over a nasty trench when neither of us had any jumping experience comes to mind.
Emotionally, kissing Elizabeth for the first time.
2. What one thing would you like to try that your mother/friend/significant other would never approve of?
Skydiving.
3. On a scale of 1-10, what's your risk factor? (1=never take risks, 10=it's a lifestyle)
A four: I take risks only if I reasonably think I can manage them, which isn't terribly often. And, as is natural, my risk-taking has declined as I've gotten older.
4. What's the best thing that's ever happened to you as a result of being bold/risky?
The geometries of my life shifted, and showed me the true path of my life.
5. ... and what's the worst?
A cracked rib at age 11.
