So. I like watches. Mike used to think I collected them, and bought me several odd ones. He caught on when I didn't wear them much.
See, I have this favorite -- a Fossil StarMaster LU-2503. I've had it for, let's see . . . eight years now. It was a gift from an old girlfriend (Stephanie) on my 24th birthday. And it's the only watch I've ever been given that fits my style perfectly. It can be worn with formal or informal dress, it's attractive, and I just like it. When it broke down a year or so ago, I stopped wearing a watch in favor of the clocks I had on me all the time -- cell phone, PDA, etc.
However, I no longer have a cell (though that may change in a month or so), and I found I was looking for clocks a lot. So I went and got the battery replaced like I'd been meaning to do for -- well, for a year or so. And I haven't gone a day without it since.
I love my watch. And I just found that it's a discontinued model, so I plan to take care of it.
This pointless entry brought to you by the letters A, C, and K, the Japanese syllable Kyu, the T'lari letter F'rasj, and Michael's stupefying boredom.
