I'm having problems with particular people. There are things I'd like to say that I cannot, and I hate that.

If you have a problem and you can't talk to them then that problem will continue and continue until one of you dies a horrible screaming flaming death. Well, no not really, but you know, the sucking.

Now if it is a boss and letting loose and venting your spleen would cost you your job, then yes, you might have a problem. Clearing the air or employment. Hard things to weigh.
