Bits and Bobs
I haven't been very good with my diet (or, rather, my "realignment of how I eat") in the last few weeks. I've let a few too many of my cravings get the better of me. Now, my personal philosophy is that, while one should be healthy on the whole, a little indulgence isn't the end of the world. Sometimes, though, the line between "a little" and "too much" gets blurred for me. Especially when I am stressed. And I am so very stressed out lately, in regards to my future.
At any rate, I've realized it, so now comes the "being good" bit. I've come down one pants size; I'd like to come down at least one more, two if possible.
Deep breaths...
I've been going through my iTunes library lately, looking at my non-playlisted stuff, and making some discoveries of music and sound files I hadn't remembered. And I've rediscovered that I love a good portion of Tina Turner's Private Dancer, especially "I can't stand the rain" and "1984." I also love "Private Dancer," but I can't seem to find that on my computer, and iTunes doesn't let that one go unless you buy the whole album. Oh well.
I've also rediscovered my love of Ennio Moriconne's work. He's the guy who scored all those Italian westerns I grew up on. He's most famous for The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.
And I adore Dido. Sorry, folks.
Still no word on credential programs.
