Mordin's Death: Wow. Well done. And beautiful, in a sad sort of way. I loved his line about the seashells, and his last words to Shepard were pure Mordin Solus. Good man.

Saved Samara, because for fuck's sake, Asari, that Justicar Code is MESSED UP SHIT. Bravo to her daughter for removing the need for Samara to be an idiot. That's some sacrifice there.

Still no sign of Jacob. I'm really not too upset about that; I thought he was kind of a tool. I mean, he was ok, I guess, but he's no Garrus. Or Kaidan.

Speaking of Kaidan... their "relationship begins" scene (I'm playing a Male Shep, so yeah, he's gay in this playthrough... or maybe Bi... who cares?) was just like something my wife and I might run in an RPG. There was just enough "Have we really been friends all this time and not seen we were right for each other?" in it to make me happy (this was a Shep I had NO relationships with in ME1 or ME2, hoping there'd be Kaidan love in ME3).

Unless the endgame really, really sucks, I will still be playing to see the end of my Ashley-romancer and my Miranda-romancer.
