johnstonmrParamount enlisted the aid of the Cleveland police to raid dealers at Vulkon '02, confiscating any unliscensed merchandise, such as props, pictures, etc. INCLUDED in this seizure were photos the attending stars were GIVING AWAY along with their autographs.
Frelling Paramount. They can't handle fans if they're not getting MORE money. This goes far beyond "intellectual property" and into sheer moneygrubbing.

I smell a retaliatory lawsuit. And I hope I'm right, and I hope the actors win.
And this could turn into a rant about how fucked up the corporations are these days, but I won't go there. Not here, anyway. That's more for my journal when I have Rage Against the Machine playing on iTunes. ;)
