Not mine. Yours.

Ok, so I've got a bunch of people on my iChat list I can't even ID.

Who is spleak? Prof Gilzot? WSJ? Why can't people just put their damned names?

And yeah, I know some folks have real reasons for not putting Identifying info on the web--this journal has only my first name, which is quite common. Some won't even put that, and while I think it's overkill, I respect it. But in AIM your first name and last initial aren't going to cause the death of your family, ok? At least choose pseudonyms that are reasonably easy to figure out. Hell, even pak_chooie_unf_unf_unf was easy, since only one of my friends would ever call themselves that.

They turned up on mine out of the blue too -- turns out they're AOL bots. You can ask them questions and they'll "answer". Block 'em. :-P

Sorry. My first IM name was chosen for me by a friend and then I created a second one I was using for roleplay chats, but switched over to it as my default eventually. I know I don't look like a severus_j_snape, but there is the INTJ thing in common.
