Dear Amazon:

I would count it a personal favor if you would remove that goddamned Kindle
graphic from your site. I'd also appreciate your not sending me endless
email adverts for the damned thing. Yes, you've created a wonderful device.
Yes, I'm sure many people want one. I'm one of them. However, it's going
to take time.

So please, stop taunting me.
