Christmas!!!!!

Hello, all. Merry Christmas, whichever particular brand of the originally-Pagan-but-now-coopted-by-everyone winter festival you personally adhere to.

I have Dragon Age! Woohoo!!! As soon as the little one goes to bed tonight, I shall begin my quests. She's a bit too young to see the blood in that game, I'm thinking.

I was also gifted with a Bodhran, which means now I have to learn not only Fiddle, but the drum. Which isn't me griping at all; I wanted the Bodhran for lots of reasons, and my seniors will probably hate me for one of them--because I intend to use it in the classroom in a variety of ways, not least of which is during my unit on Jacobite Poetry.

Tegan was gifted with far, far too much. But she's two; she can handle that.

My house is quite cold. I'd better go fix that.
