This I do not like.
My daughter refused to nap today, so she's cranky. At 4:15 I had to take a friend to the train station, which meant putting T in the carseat. Which, of course, meant she fell asleep almost immediately.
As soon as I got home I woke her, because otherwise she'll be up until 2am or so. So now I've got a baby crying on the floor, who won't let me pick her up and console her because I'm the jackass who woke her up. I feel really bad for her, but can't do anything to calm her down, because she doesn't want anything but sleep.
This part of parenting? HATE IT.
Got her calmed down. All the blessings of the universe upon Hairspray and grapes.
