I was Observed today (not for HR reasons, just because my Principal wanted to see how I'm doing), and both the Principal and the other observer (a bigwig in the American Waldorf "industry") complimented me as being "a natural" at teaching. They loved the lesson, and how I brought the day-to-day lives of my students into it and brought them along with me on the lesson.
