I'm trying to figure out if I'm a foodie or not. On the one hand, I love food: preparing it, eating it, etc. On the other hand, there are a great many things that make me ill to even consider eating it, and a lot of the "fancy" meals people talk about make me roll my eyes. While I like various foods, super-"posh" stuff like you see on a lot of food shows is not my thing. Duck? No thanks. Beef Wellington yes, foie gras nothankyou.
Anyway, it's not exactly an important question, just something that went through my head this morning.
Now I'm going to go re-work my 12th grade curriculum, since I finally have the right resources for the job.
