Sacramento Mansion: Not Haunted
The House at H and 22nd gets called "creepy" a lot, but according to the owner, It's not haunted!.
Apparently the only reason he doesn't live in it full time is that he's a rancher and needs to stay at his ranch. Makes sense.
Not as cool as "haunted," but what are you gonna do?
