I've been working out for three weeks now. I'm not going to pretend there are vast changes to my body already, but something is up. I've only lost three pounds, but my energy levels are already way up -- I'm bouncing out of bed, most weekday mornings. My usual tactic is to groggily go downstairs to the bathroom and get ready for work/school while still half-asleep. Now I'm going down the stairs wide awake, getting ready, and enjoying the mornings. I think I might try getting up a little earlier so I can get a healthy breakfast in me, but I'm not yet married to that idea.
