The tuition alone for this semester will be $1,258. Now, it's taken care of this semester, but I project that I'll need to deal with it on my own for Spring and following semesters.

Cost of BA: $5,032.00

Then, when that's done, I get to apply to the credential program:

CSU App for Graduate Studies: $55.00
Fingerprinting & Clearance Application: $93.50
Fees for tuition assuming a three-semester program: $4,800

Grand total of my education: $9,980.50

And that's not even including books! Guess I better make damn sure I use it to the fullest, and do it right.

OK. So I've got my classes for Fall 04 figured out. I've even got a good idea what I'll be taking in Spring.

So, barring full classes and the need to reschedule:

MW:
8:00-8:50: Japanese 1A - 5 Units
12:00-1:50: Tai Chi (actually fulfills a requirement!) - 3 Units (1 hour lecture, 1 hour practice)

T, TH:
7:30-8:45: Japanese 1A Lab
9:00-10:15: English 110J: Traditional Grammar and Standard Usage - 3 units
1:30-2:45: English 140I:The Romantic Imagination )
3:00-4:15: English 185C: British Women Novelists )

Friday: Nothing. It just worked out that way. But I'm not complaining.

So if I can manage to get an on-campus job (I've applied for three), I've got some time in the week for shifts. And I'll also have time for volunteering at a local high school (which is a requirement for getting into the credential program)
