To the comedian who calls himself "Ant":
Please shut up. You're not funny. In fact, you're so unfunny you couldn't even make it to the finals for "Last Comic Standing" last year. Dude -- you're gay, we get it. But you know what? The "Gay comic" act was old ten years ago. Move on, find something else to joke about.
While you're at it, stop stealing jokes from other people. The last act I saw, you used three jokes I'd heard from other comics years and years ago on Out There II. You're DONE, man.
Just ... shut up.
So, Elli and I had a talk and we're going to give the latest Sil-West game a miss. It's kinda unfortunate, but the way I see it, I'm unemployed, and if I'm going to scrape that much money together, there are better things to spend it on than a hotel room and a $100 game. Besides, there will be other games; many of which I haven't played, and "Nexus" will run again in a few years.

Happiness is a PC free of Spyware
I just spent over an hour debugging and rooting for spyware on my aunt's PC (ok, some of that was just waiting for Ad-Aware to find stuff). I found 126 different bits of spyware and dataminers. I also discovered that her anti-virus software is useless with WinXP (it's old, from when she ran Win98), which I bet she didn't know even though WinXP tells you so when it does the diagnostics before updating.
Oops.
But it's now free of stupid popup ads and the like. And it's running far better, except for a strange habit of closing LJ whenever I hit "submit".

Drew's almost as much fun as his grandfather to tease. This is a good thing.
"Love Actually" is a good movie, and one of the few for which the Deleted Scenes actually rock. Too bad they had to be cut.
