The Good
Lost 3.7 pounds this week. Since my eating habits are pretty much constant now, this will be the new reality.

This evening I will begin my stationary bike use again.

The Bad

Some of you may have seen a post last week wherein I stated that this weekend, my will and desires would be pre-eminent -- that I wouldn't be likely to be available for anything other than the pre-scheduled RPG sessions, because there were things I haven't been able to do lately that I wanted to do this weekend.

Well, scratch that. My plans have been nixed by the ever-popular phrase "I cannot afford this." That bites, but it's better than having to cover an overdraft charge, right?

The Ugly
