I laughed at this, until I got to this part:

Oh, for fuck's sake. He saw some guys fucking. He wasn't forced to watch it for an hour, no one held a gun to his head. Emotional pain? Gimme a break. Loss of enjoyment of life? Oh dear lord. And earning capacity? How in the nine hells was his job future hurt? He's 12 years old, fer crissakes!

I have two possible branches I can take with one of my ongoing plotlines. One will make me very happy, and will torture the hell out of a player. One will torture the hell out of another player, and make me happy, but last a lot longer. I'm not sure which to take. I mean, I enjoy this game, but I'm kind of wanting to do something else, too. I can either end this campaign in December, or keep it going a few months into 2004. Gargh!

Actually, I have a torturous plot for several players. I think, the way the story is going, every single one of my PCs stands to get tortured emotionally before this story ends.

I love being a GM sometimes.
