Welcome Jerry to my friends list.
Jerry's one of my oldest friends, from Valley High School back in the late 80s. He was a freshman in my junior year, and for some reason I still don't adequately understand, we became friends, but lost touch after 1991 or so, after appearing together in a rather forgettable performance of a rather funny play.
After nearly ten years of wondering what had happened to the guy, I found him online, and he's joined the LJ community. Feel free to tell him that Tom Bombadil isn't integral to the plot of Lord of the Rings.
