Senior "Prank" 2010: Success!

johnstonmrSo the seniors did their Senior Prank last night. I knew it was coming, but
not what it was.
Turned out they camped out overnight in the quad, from midnight to this
morning. They were prepared, too--even brought breakfast makings. Early
this morning, when the light would show any camera-watchers they weren't
being destructive, they wrote chalk messages to their favorite teachers in
front of our doors, as well as a few generic "Seniors Rule" messages around
the school.
In front of my door it reads: "Thanks, Mr. J! We have evolved due to your
in-depth discussions and professional advice: YES:X No:"
I'm going to miss these kids. They've been my favorite class in my four
years of teaching. Not sure how anyone will ever top these kids.
